Sharing a passion for helping people, we combine our individual strengths to build a real estate business that centers on connection, trust, and helping people make their dreams a reality.
Braden: My parents have been in real estate since I was a kid, so I grew up doing grunt work: hauling junk, painting walls, helping with reno projects. At 18, I got my license. I always joke that I looked 12, which made it tough getting taken seriously when people were making major financial decisions. But investors didn’t care what I looked like. If I found them a deal that worked, they were in. That’s how I got started, finding value, running numbers, spotting opportunity, and learning how to see potential where others didn’t.
That early experience was a great foundation. Real estate is this mix of strategy, creativity, and problem-solving, and I love the challenge of putting all the pieces together. As I gained experience, I shifted into residential, which is really my passion because it is about helping people move forward in life. My favorite part of the job is helping people buy smart, build equity, and create a plan for long-term goals.

One of the biggest things I took from my parents was the way they treated people. Putting the client first, even when it wasn’t easy or profitable, was non-negotiable. I’ve carried that with me, and I think that’s a big reason we’ve had so many clients come back or refer their friends.
I’ve been ranked as a Top 250 Agent in our market for several years now, but honestly, what matters more to me is that we’ve built a business around trust, relationships, and doing good work.
In 2018, my life changed in yet another big way. I met Sarah while she was working at Buckle. We ended up on a lunch date after I finally built the courage to ask her out. We’ve been together ever since, and she has become an integral part of my life and our business.
Sarah: My career in retail merchandising and management was one I had worked hard for. I enjoyed the styling side, the design, and helping people feel good about what they were wearing. I had built a solid career in that space and thought I’d stick with it for a long time.

After marrying Braden in 2019, it didn’t take long to realize Real Estate was the direction I wanted to pursue. Watching Braden work, seeing the impact he had on clients, and understanding the strategy behind each decision, all sparked something in me. I started paying closer attention, asking questions, and imagining how I could bring my own strengths to the business. The more I learned, the more it felt like the right path – a way to combine my love for people, design and problem solving into something meaningful.
Within the first year of our marriage, I got my real estate license and joined him in business. Now, over five years in, we’ve built a strong partnership where we both bring something different to the table. Braden brings big-picture thinking and energy to helping people reach long-term goals. I bring structure, systems, and handle a lot of the listing prep with my eye for design. He’s the dreamer, and I help coordinate the details day-to-day to make it happen! We work well together and offer different perspectives, which helps us connect with a wide range of clients.
We believe in doing work we're passionate about, and we feel lucky that real estate gives us both purpose and flexibility. We enjoy hiking, mountain biking, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with our dog, Murphy, who joins us on most of our adventures. We also like to set fun goals each year and challenge ourselves. We stay close with family, support our community, and try to live in a way that reflects what we care about most.
We are truly passionate about what we do and are grateful to be doing it together, building a meaningful business, and helping people create lives they love.
What we love most is helping people figure out what they really want in the long run, then creating a plan to get there. We want to know your immediate goals, but also where you want to be in five or ten years. Once we know that, we can build a strategy. Sometimes that means starting with a fixer-upper to build equity. Sometimes it’s finding a forever home you can settle into long term. Whatever the goal is, we help people move forward with clarity and purpose.
A big part of that is finding opportunities in any market. Maybe rates are high, but inventory is up. Maybe competition is lower, creating room to negotiate. There’s always an opportunity—it just takes the right approach. We’re always asking, “What makes right now a good time to buy or sell?” so we’re prepared to guide our clients with confidence. Life doesn’t always follow market timing, so we stay flexible and strategic.
Our relationship doesn’t end at closing. We check in, stay connected, and are here for anything our clients need. We build relationships for life and support them through every step of homeownership.
Sincerely,
